WELCOME TO ABIA JUDD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

My name is Jeannette Bray, and I am the  principal at Abia Judd Elementary School this year.  I have worked in education for over 24 years, and this is my 7th year with PUSD. I have three sons (one of which attended Abia Judd) and my husband and I spend most of our time in outdoor activities. I am thrilled to be here at Abia Judd working with great staff, engaged parents, and a supportive community. 

Our excellent and highly-qualified faculty is dedicated to providing a meaningful educational experience for our students and their families. Abia Judd does this by providing a safe, nurturing and caring environment to enable students to develop the desire and passion for learning. Our Mission Statement of the ABC’S frames how we work together to move our school forward – Achieving, Believing, Caring, Sharing.  In 2021 Abia Judd was recognized at the national level for being an Exemplary School of Character Counts.  In 2022, 2023 and 2025 we were recognized as a “National Showcase School” for Capturing Kids' Hearts.  

Abia Judd has consistently been one of the highest-achieving schools in northern Arizona. We have received numerous national and state awards, such as “National School of Excellence” and “A+ School of Excellence”. 

The partnership between families and school is more important than ever.  Communication is the key to your student’s success and we at Abia Judd want to partner with you to ensure the best education for your student.
